No-Bake Nutter Butter Santa Cookies

Ingredients
1 Package Nutter Butter Cookies
1 Pound White Chocolate Candies – or White Chocolate Bar
Red Sugar
Red Hot Candies – or other small red candies
Mini Chocolate Chips
Wax Paper

Directions
1)  Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave.  Probably best to do this at 75% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.  Do this in two batches – first batch for the hats – and second batch for the beards.

2)  Dip one end of each cookie in the White Chocolate, then cover with Red Sugar – and set aside to cool.

3)  Once cool, dip the edge of the other end in the White Chocolate to make the beard.

4)  Using the White Chocolate as a type of ‘glue’, place two Mini Chocolate Chips for the eyes, a Red Hot for the nose – and then add a drop of the melted White Chocolate as a pom-pom on the end of the hat.

5)  Let it all cool – and then enjoy!!
