CINCO DE MAYO SOMBRERO COOKIES Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
• Round Sugar Cookies
• Rainbow Nonpareils Sprinkles
• Disposable Pastry Bag
• Gum drops
• Buttercream Icing
INTRUCTIONS
• Fill disposable pastry bag with buttercream icing. Snip tip of bag and draw circle on outer edge of round cookie. Make dot of icing in center of cookie.
• Turn cookie upside down into bowl or plate of rainbow nonpareil sprinkles. Turn right side up. Dot bottom of one gumdrop candy with icing. Place in center circle of cookie.
• Say “ole!” and eat your adorable cookies.
