1 package Philadelphia brand cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 small jar Hormel dried beef
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoons dried minced onions
Let cream cheese and butter soften then mix together. Finely chop dried beef and add to mixture along with the parsley and onions. (Use extra onions as desired for more flavor). Pat into ball shape and refrigerate (covered) for several hours. Allow cheeseball to thaw one hour prior to serving. Delicious on Triscuits or your favorite cracker!
