Oreo Bark
INGREDIENTS:
• 24 ounces White Chocolate Almond Bark, chopped
• 15-20 Oreos, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Place the chopped white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) in a microwave safe medium sized bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. Remove and stir, then place back in the microwave for another 1 to 2 minutes, being sure to check the mixture EVERY 15 seconds. Since every microwave is different it’s really important to check it consistently. You want it to be smooth.
3. Once it’s melted pour about 1/3 of the white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) on the cookie sheet. Smooth out. Toss the chopped Oreo cookies over top.
4. Then pour the rest of the white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) over top of the cookie layer. Smooth out.
5. Toss some crushed Oreos over top if desired.
6. Place the pan in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
7. Chop with a knife or snap by hand.
