Quacker Sparkly Flower Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS:
Cupcake Mix
Baking Cups
Sprinkles
Marshmellows
Frosting
DIRECTIONS:
-Make cupcakes as directed in recipe (or on package).
-Frost cupcakes.
-With Kitchen scissors, cut marshmallows diagonally.
-Add some sugar crystals to ziplock bag. Put cut marshmallows in bag and shake. The sugar will stick to the cut edges.
-Starting on the outside edge of the frosted top of the cupcake, gently push the marshmallow into the frosting, colored side up. Continue all the way around the cupcake and then do next row towards middle.
