Red Velvet Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Red Velvet cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1-1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 or 4 bananas)
1 cup chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
2) Mix together dry cake mix, eggs, oil, mashed bananas and chopped pecans until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pans.
3) Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4) Remove from oven to cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
5) Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
