Sour Cream Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
Sour Cream Cookies
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 1 cup Butter or margarine
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/3 cups sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 4 cups flour (or a little more)
Cream Cheese Frosting
• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 3 tablespoons softened butter or margarine
• a pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 2+ cups 10x Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix batter and layout on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost cookies when still warm.
