Texas Caviar

INGREDIENTS:

• • 2 cans black eyed peas

 

• • 2 cans kernel corn drained

 

• • 3 cloves minced garlic

 

• • 1 cup chopped parsley

 

• • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

 

• • 1 diced tomato

 

• 1 small bottle of zesty Italian dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients and serve with dipper corn chips.

**You may make this a day before so the flavors have time to meld.
