Truffle Bunny Shot
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 hollow chocolate bunnies
• 1 part salted caramel vodka, chilled
• 1 part chocolate liqueur, chilled
• 1 part half & half
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Stick the liqueur and vodka in the fridge a few hours before the party so it’s nice and cold.
2 Using a sharp knife, cut the tops of the heads of each bunny, just above the eyes. (If you cut into the ears, the chocolate tends to crumble.)
3 Pour an even mix of salted caramel, chocolate liqueur and half & half. Stir, pour into each chocolate bunny and serve.
