Virgin Punch
Serves Approximately 16 people
INGREDIENTS:
• One 46-oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice 3 cups apricot nectar
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 quart club soda
• 1 quart pineapple sherbet
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Chill all ingredients.
2. Mix all four juices in a punch bowl.
3. Just before serving, add the club soda and fold in softened sherbet.
