Dianne- it looks like you have some Dept 56 houses and accessories- am I right? I love them. I have a huge Halloween display of Dept. 56, and a couple for Thanksgiving, and only one for Christmas. Your place looks so festive. I love decorating. It just makes everything look happy.
Boy am I tired- I realized I had not missed the Quacker show. I got that twin set to match with my summer crops. I could not decide between the red and pink, so I got both of them to see which one will match better with the bright pink pants. Glad you gave me a heads up on the show! Tillie ordered the dress in blue. She is too funny.Colleen You are so right. It is hard to sleep when your partner is not. You keep waking up, asking them what is wrong. It looks like the legs are getting a little smaller to me. The nurse comes tomorrow, and she measures them, so we will know for sure. It was nice that nobody came today. I actually got the kitchen floor washed, and my list made for the bake-a-thon.
We will have quite the crowd. It reminds me of my childhood, when my Nonna had 3 generations at the table, and it was so noisy you could not hear yourself talk. I got the kids’ basket/bags done yesterday. So, I am moving along.
I looked at the top- it is not the one Tillie ordered. I do like it, and you will look very pretty in it!!!
Tillie is scaring me lately. She didn’t feel good again today, and did not want to eta anything. I hope the cabbage didn’t bother her, or I would feel bad. I am trying to attach a pic of her with her new hairstyle. hope it works!!
I hope they are bale to elect a better candidate than trump to run . This will be an election to remember, for sure.

nice to hear from you. My girlfriend told me about them, and I am in love with their spices. Every time I make some meat, I use one of them for flavor. Thanks for the phone number. I just order on line, as I use delivery because of my issues with standing. Someone told me there is a store somewhere in Massachusetts.

I missed the Quacker show. I just turned the Q in, and they are having a special on QF set of 2 shirts- I have that set, and will check for new colors.
that kitty is adorable. My cats used to love to sit under the Christmas tree.
I am getting my shopping list ready for the bake-a-thon, as I call it. I will post a pic of the stuff I bake. To me, baking is like therapy.
Today, nobody is coming. It is so nice and quiet. I washed dither kitchen floor. Nothing like the smell of lestoil- I use the spin mop, which I love.
It is sunny today, and will change late tomorrow for the Noreaster- we are getting about 5 inches. They keep changing it.

AdeleGailster…….I cannot believe you did not get the bowls- is your mouse to the computer broken????? do I need to click it for you????? come on, you cannot let us down, and not own everything on the Q that has a butterfly.
I had nothing green on- funny huh? Everyone loved the boiled dinner, and said how good it tasted. Seriously? All you do is boil the meat for 2 hours, add the carrots and turnip, and boil another hour, and then add potatos, and boil another hour, and finally the cabbage for another 20 minutes. Even the spices come in the packet. I do add more spice- pepper, and some of the Penzeys Spices that go with pork. (did you ever get any of the Penzeys Spices on line?) Absolutely no effort at all. Any cured meat tastes good. This time, I soaked it for 2 hours before I cooked it to get rid of some of the salt for Gary and me. Did not tell the crew that one.
you know- maybe I should do paper plates. Martha Stewart will come and slap me.
I cannot believe we are going from 70 to a snowstorm- that’s new England England for you.
Have to get going to get the baskets/bags done. It is my task for tonight, while I watch TV. It should not take too long. Amanda the Panda, could not make it yesterday. I am on my own….LOL

you are right about being the caregiver. Some days it gets stressful and then I remember what it would be like if she were not here at all. I would be thrilled to be stressed caring for her. Here is the funny part about Tillie- that is her name. So, I take her out for the hairdresser, and the loony tune, who is on a walker, tries to go up where the curb is. I had already said in the car, she has to go around the back of the Jeep to reach the walkway. Oh no, she tries to make a run for it. I start to yell, “Do not even think about it”. I have to yell because she is very hard of hearing, and doe snot hear a lot. Of course, she will not admit it, because she is too proud for a hearing aid. It is like taking a 3 year old out.
A lot of times when the kids are here they tell me I yell at her. I remind them, if I do not yell she does not hear, and then she makes up the rest of what she THINKS I said. LOL this is me at leats 10tiome s a day….”Ma, what are you doing- stop that.” She tries to be helpful, but I am so afraid she is going to slip and hurt herself.
Gary only watches March madness when we have a team involved in it. On the other hand, he does not miss a baseball or football game, if they win, or lose.
Good news- I am not cranky today. Probably because I wore my Quacker. Always makes us smile!

I love to watch The View, Steve Harvey, and the Chew, when I can. Those are my favorite daytime programs. I am usually able to see them while I am doing things around the house. I miss them if I do not get to see them- like you and the soaps. A lot of the night shows are like soaps….Grays Anatomy, Scandall, and the rest I watch.

It is hard for Gary in the bed at night. The shouter gets sore. The OT person today, showed us how to put a support under it. I was using a pillow, and that was too high. We need to use a rolled towel. Hopefully, tonight will be better.
It is scary about our moms. Every day, and holiday is a gift at this point.
Well, Amanda never made it by to do the baskets. So, I am going to do it tonight, while watching TV. Everyone seems so stressed with their jobs lately. I will have a lot of help for Easters. Bobby will do the whole dinner, and I will just make the bread- Italian, braided with seeds. I just have to get up early for it to rise twice- I can get aback in the recliner, after it is in the rising bucket before I get ingot the shower. Enzo’s mother is Italian, from Italy, so she will help a lot. She is very nice, and I never see her sitting down….LOL I just have to figure out where we would have more room- the dining room or the kitchen. I have to make a “L” width the table, and folding table.
Gary has 2 more appointment she needs to have a vascular one, and one with the wound clinic at the hospital. This just does not stop. it is because eth legs swelled so much, and the wounds appeared on them. I hope it is not at end of week, or I am dead.
It is so scary with who will be president. I liked Chris Christy the best,, and he is gone. So, who does Ron like?

We are getting form 4 to 8 inches on Sunday night, into Monday. I cannot believe it. Glad you are getting sun, as the weather works its way over here pretty soon.
The sun is shining here, and it will end soon.
Good that you got your pretty top already. My Temptations have not even been shipped out yet. I am hoping I have them for Easter, as the strawberry platter will look so nice on the table.
