I also love decorating. I am ashamed to say, this is the first year I have only one big Annalee Bunny out, and one Easter basket. Thee were easy to reach. I am like you the house is all doen for every occasion. With Gary’s shoulder, it has put me into a tizzy. On any given day, there are from 1 to 3 people coming and going for him. This is the first tiem I have not decorated. Even when I ahd surgery, the house was oden, just not as much. And now, I am having even more company. Go figure!
I hope your weather stays nice.

I will keep your mom in my prayers. Both of our mothers are on borrowed time. We have to face they do not have a lot of time left, and that is hard. My grands think Tillie will live forever, and I keep telling them she will be 90 shortly. They do not get it. We are having a little party for her the week before her birthday.
thank you for the recipe- it sounds amazing. read my other posts for the lowdown on Easter, and Gary’s doctor. I am making a boiled dinner today. Amanda is coming tomorrow to do the bags/baskets for Easter, so that is good. Also taking Tillie to get her hair done tomorrow am. With all the people coming and going for Gary, I feel I have lost control over the house organization/cleaning.
I heard the results. Trump is nits, saying there will be riots if he does no get the nomination. He is starting, and encouraging conflicts. That is not a man we need in power. He does not get it, or does not care. God help us all.

Hi girls…..I love the daffodils. They are so pretty. I only have a few tulips, and they have not been doing well over the years. My neighbor across the street has tulips that come up every year…not mine.

Your little piper is so funny. I swear, she will be in acting some day, or, possibly, costume design. I love kids with personalities as big as the world.
JJ has allergies, and possibly asthma. His doctor keeps saying no to the asthma, but I know he has it. One clue is even when he does not have a cough, when he runs, he will cough..
I remember the Gremlins. We never had one. My Dad was a Chrysler man, and we brought back a Mercedes when we were in Germany for those 5 years, when I was a young teen- 1963. I was 13. he loved that Mercedes- it was white, with red leather interior. I think it was a 220 SE?? Not sure if I am remembering the model numbers correctly.
I also hate that grass. I was thrilled when I found the edible grass. It tastes a little like the Communion host, with an apple flavor. The kids love it. When I post the chocolate centerpiece picture, you will see the grass in it.

OMG- here is the post on the orb. How funny is this!
We are having Italian on Easter too. The family voted, and ravioli and meatballs won over the ham. I will be making a big salad with ours. Other than that, stuffed mushrooms go well with ravioli, but, I am not sure I will have all that time. I will be making Italian bread, as my son, Bobby, is making the gravy, not me (The old fashioned Italians from Boston call it gravy, not spaghetti sauce)
Your kitty is so pretty. I used to have cats. They all eventually died. Have not had a pet in a long time. I have always wanted a puppy, but, I really cannot walk a dog.
So glad your sun is shining. It is shining here for now. They are expecting thunderstorms this afternoon, and a huge temperature change, with sleet or hail included. As a matter of fact, we are getting a snow storm on Monday, and when I saw the forecast of between 4 to 8 inches, I called to change my mother’s doctor appointment. Hope your weather stays nice for a while. You have had a lot of rain and wind.

Hi Gail, and everyone!!
I am so tired today. I thought we were talking about the orbs seen around people by psychics….LOL
I am trying to get through all the posts I missed, and hope I do not miss anything important.
Gary had 2 doctors visits yesterday. the shoulder is healing well- that part is very good. It is the secondary leg swelling, water retention problem. His ortho said he could get back into bed, which will stop the swelling. So last night, he was in bed. Remarkably, the legs are already a little bit smaller. But, naturally, sleeping was a problem. I am so tired, my hands feel like they are trembling. then add that the amount of people for dinner keeps growing. It was only the 4 of us. Now it is us, Marissa and Enzo, Amanda, Heather and a very old friend she has reconnected with, whom she found on Facebook. He was an old friend of hers, and still sees Bobby, every once in a while. Nice guy- named Dave.
I was just informed Enzo’s family is coming for Easter, as well as Dave, and possibly another fiend of Heather’s. So, we went from 13 on Easter to 18. God help me. I will have to set up the folding table, going sideways into the kitchen. It should be a riot. Marissa wants Enzo’s family here on holidays, as she is tired of going from house to house. Let the baking begin!!!
I hope you are all ok. I am still going through the posts form the last 2 days.
