They do have medicine to prevent gout. It is tricky snd a process. My arthritis dr has been trying to start me on it. But, it has to be at least two weeks after a gout attack and after the two week period for the covid shot nI would have been able to start this week but I’m in the middle of smother gout attack! I can’t win for losing lately
I hope your garden is not ruined. We have not planted anything yet. It’s been too chilly up here

Gout is triggered by fats. Any kind. Lots of fat in beef. Also a lot of veggies…. tomato spinach eggplant also shellfish. Oranges. You would be surprised. Too bad Greg said no to that guy. He could have started his own guitar businesses!!
I’m glad you booked your trip. That is something nice to look forward too.
Marissa snd Enzo are stopping over to get the cover off the pool. Summer is coming!!

It’s funny how we mess the names up every once in a while. Lol
Sun is shining up here too. I got a gout attack again. This time I was guilty. I had cake for Tillies birthday and then another one on Mother’s Day. A third piece last night cause we had so much left over! That was way too much strawberry shortcake. Not just for the gout, but period! I should have known better I can’t take prednisone because of the shot. I have to tough it out. I did take two or my arthritis pills. It helped a tiny bit

It is real funny our grands are pregnant together. Marissa and Mandy and now Amanda and Mandy. Too funny!! First it was two boys. Dying to see if It will be two girls All my granddaughters are girls. My great- grandchildren are all boys. Three of each. Lol. This breaks the similarities…. I will have 4 great-grandchildren
