Amanda us living with her girlfriend snd her fiancé. Amanda snd the fiancé both live to cook. Last week they made their own bacon. They had it with burgers over the weekend
Amanda us working for a big HVAC company near us She loves it. She arranges all the installs
We have almost all of the streaming services. It seems everyone watches something on all of them. I go from sure to site to find movies I like Todsy I watched the new series with Rob Lowe and his son. I liked it

I would be like Jenny, for sure. There is nothing that scares me more than a tornado warning I would not be able to live in any area that had tornados sirens. I would be completely freaked out That is the scariest thing ever to me.
Every time I hear of tornado damage, I keep saying I have no idea how people can live in those areas. Give me a Nor’easter or a blizzard any day of the week. Snow can be shoveled. Nothing protects you from a tornado. Plus, they are getting worst every year with global warming. I say prayers for anyone in their way every time I hear it in the news.
Has Jenny always been that way, or getting worst with the severity of the storms lately? I feel so bad for her
This weekend I watched movies on Peacock. I saw:
Fighting Temptation. (Beyoncé was in this one!)
Employee of The Month
Sam and Kate( this one was sad)
Emma…..on list for today. Lol
Ride Along 2….. on list for soon…. This one’s on Netflix
In y new solitary life, movies have been keeping me company, especially on Friday and Saturday
I had an awful meltdown this week. It was on opening day for the Red Sox. That was Gary’s favorite sport to watch, and when the fighter jets went over the house….. like they do every year on the way to Fenway Park, I started to bawl my eyes out. I watched the opening ceremony, and cried through the whole thing. Especially when Big Papi came out. There was no frantic call from Nancy to Gary to find out what channel the game was on, no yelling at the TV, and nobody getting excited about the game. My eyes were so sore, they stayed sore the next day
I did not expect that. That grief came out of nowhere, and took me by surprise. I was looking forward to the game, and then could not watch any of it. I was going to watch in Gary’s memory THAT definitely did not happen. It is what it is, as I say. I got over it.
Do you and Greg watch baseball?
Please be careful out there in these Spring storms. You are in my prayers

We had high winds all night long. The thunderstorms missed our area. Today is in the 50’s. The storms you get will be here some time this week…..
I watched 3 movies yesterday Had some good laughs, as I love comedies
Today Amanda is coming later for dinner snd to help put the Easter baskets together They are a lot smaller this year. 🐰🐤
Have you seen any good movies lately? Blue Bloods was renewed for next year. I’m glad about that!

I am purging my way through the closets. Lol
My new stove has an air fryer mode and came with the air fryer grate thingie. We have not tried it yet. I kind of stopped cooking when JJ went back home. I just can’t bring myself to cook for only me. Bobby is hardly home for dinner, and when he is we sometimes get take out. I swear take out is cheaper than buying all the ingredients for a dinner! I have been making myself things like an anti pasta or tuna with salad.
I’m having company shorty for brunch. Nancy and Gerald! Love those two. We have so many laughs together

I it the closet cleaned out One more task completed. I still have more to do in the office. Mor purging. My hope is to get all supplies…. Kleenex, papa ER towels, into that closet so things are out of sight. A little at a time because I’m doing it all by myself. I have to watch the stress I put on my shoulders and back.
Yes retirement is a continued challenge. Especially for me because my life keeps changing.
My stomach has been a constant aggravation. When it starts to bother me, I go back to crackers and yogurt only. Also soup broth bI feel like I need to but stick in Keebler peanut butter crackers!! Lol. Lol
I do watch ITKWD. I’m waiting for the microwave egg cooker to arrive. I’ll let you know how I like it.

Happy Monday everyone! The sun is shining. That’s always a good day. But, it’s going to rain late today again. I’ll enjoy the sun until it disappears.
I hope everyone is able to get the shots they need for their backs. Arthritis is the plague of old age
Not much going on up here this week. I’m going to try to purge the storage closet. Lol.
On Friday Nancy snd Gerald are coming to visit for brunch. That’s always a lot of fun for me.
I hope that nasty man is gone from DD’s apartment building

We had a gloomy gross day today. Very dark, lots of wind and some rain. It’s supposed to be better tomorrow.
Spring is coming. I have been hearing the birds again. Their singing is so encouraging and pleasant to hear
