Hi Gail,
Thank-you for letting us know about Adele. I wonder what is wrong. I agree with DD she has not been feeling well at all for awhile. I hope that she gets better soon and does not have to stay in the hospital for long. She has had a lot going on this year.
We went to the Labor day picnic on Labor Day and had a really good time. Danyielle Kevin and the kids came also. We had such a good time. I challenged Owen at darts and I won. He said he can’t believe that his grandma beat him at darts. It was funny. He did not think that I could beat him because I am a grandma. lol
We are getting excited about the baby. I wish that she would get here soon. I want to see what she looks like and how Grayson will act when he sees her. I figure at first that he will be really jealous he has been the baby for so long.

Hi Adele,
That is terrible that the medicine that is supposed to make you feel better makes it worse. I hope that you will be feeling better and be able to have your family there for Labor Day.
I haven’t started decorating yet. I need to get my granddaughter to come over and help me. She wants me to get all the decorations out this year starting Halloween thru Christmas. I do not have all the different things to set decorations on. I gave a lot of it away and sold some of it. We got new furniture and so there is not as much room.
We are going into town for the picnic. It is the annual Labor day picnic. It is a lot of fun for the kids. Danyielle is coming with her family so they can go on the rides and play the games.

Hi Adele,
I hope that you feel better soon. You really have been having some crazy weather there. You got a lot of rain and we did not get much at all. I hope we get more rain this fall.
I hope that you will be able to do something over the week-end. Maybe Bobby will grill something for Labor Day. Maybe the kids will fix you a good chicken soup to eat.
Just take care of yourself and get a lot of rest. I am on a antibiotic also. Maybe we both will be better this week-end.

Hi DD,
I am glad that you and Gail are doing ok. I just wish I could get rid of this stuff. I have taken musniex for this the last time that I had it. It took care of it for awhile but it came back. I just have to see the specialist and will be glad when that is over.
I am sorry to hear that you are going to have another heat wave. We are cooling down a little and I am glad of that. I want to go to the picnic over the week-end. It is usually a lot of fun and they will play music and have booths there. I just hope that they have the same ones that were there a couple of years ago. They had a lot of interesting things. I hope the girl that made baby clothes will be there again this year. I would like to have some for the new baby that is coming in October.
I love all the pictures that you posted. The fall colors are all so pretty. I hope that ours will be that pretty this fall. It has really been a dry summer so the trees did not get enough rain.

Hi Gail,
I cannot believe that humming birds can fly as far as they do. They are so small and are afraid of wasps. I just founf that interesting that a wasp as small as they are can kill a bird like that.
I read both books that you mentioned. I also saw the movie and it was really good. I like the books Fannie Flagg writes. They are really good. I have a book by Agatha Christie that my sil wants me to read. So I guess that I will read that one next. I have a few books that I want to read. I need to get them read. I get stuck on a series when I read them. I was like that with the Harry Potter books also.
It is a new book club .lol I cannot believe that I wrote that. I have not idea what I was thinking. Probably thinking of writing book and put the wrong letter in the end. You were the one who told me about your Book Bub. I was glad that I got on that site.
None of my girls read any more. It was funny when I was reading Harry Potter the grands wanted to talk about that. It was funny the older kids all read the series. Just the littlest ones have not read it.

Hi Gail,
They are going to have the Labor Day picnic this year. We are going and Danyielle and her kids are going well at least Aliza I am not sure about Owen. It will be fun with the kids there. We may pick up Grayson and take him with us and take him along. I do not imagine Brook will be able to come with us she will have to work.
I have started reading again. It seems funny reading books and not being able to talk to mom about them. I read that new Patrick Taylor and it was really good. I have a few more books to read. The next one that I am going to read is about a Library that was closed during the war. It look really good. I saw another book that I want to order about a group of ladies who are quilters. I saw it on boob bub.
I have another ear ache. I cannot believe that I did not get rid of the last one. So now I have to go to a specialist and find out if that is what causing the dizzy spells. This is really tiresome. I guess it is better then having covid.
I hope that you can get Jenny to go up north with you next summer. They will really have a good time. It will be nice for you to go see Brent. I know that you will be really happy to see him.

We are doing ok here. It is just hot and dry here. We could use some rain but does not look like we are going to get any. It would be nice ti start to get the cooler weather. I really like all the fall pictures that you posted. They are all so pretty.
You cannot win. It is either fires or mud slides. Here we get the tornadoes and thunder storms. We could use a nice slow and steady rain so it will soak into the ground. It will help with the grass and the flowers

Hi Adele,
I am glad to hear that Gary is feeling better. Colds sometimes take a long time to go away. I hope that he takes care of himself and does not do anything to make it worse. If he is like Ron he will not take care of himself.
Baby’s are funny. It is really funny that Santino calls everything a cookie. I wish Grayson would we could fake him out if we do not have cookies we could fool him with something else.
It is good that Tillie came up. She does not sit in her room all the time. She needs to be around the family and enjoy herself. It has to be hard when you get that age.

Hi Adele,
My eye doctor visit was just fine. My vision has not changed and it is pretty good. So that is good news . I was really glad to hear that. I will not need glasses yet.
How is Gary doing? I hope that Tillie is coming upstairs again. It was good that you did not have her come upstairs when Gary is sick. I understand how that is. We had to be really careful with mom because she could catch anything. It seems the older you get the easier it is to catch things like colds flu and any other thing that is going around.
I like your Halloween tree. That is really pretty. I also like your pictures of the flowers .Are they snow balls? We have flowers like that on our snow ball bush. It is really pretty but th first hard rain we have most of the flowers fell off the bush. It happens like that every year.
Grayson learned a new word chicken bone. He says it over and over again. We have no trouble understanding him when he says that. He just laughs and thinks he is funny. He is finally saying luv you. He told me that the other day when we stopped and got him cookies and ice cream to take home with him. He was really happy. That is funny that Santino thinks cucumbers are cookies. He sounds really cute.
